Marketing Manager with focus on Event Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager with a focus on Event Management to join our team at FGS Global (Europe) GmbH. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for organizing and executing internal and external events in the Continental European region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement event concepts and strategies to engage and inspire our target audiences.
- Steer the entire event management process, from conception to execution, including venue selection, logistics, and budget management.
- Collaborate with our consulting teams, global marketing team, and external partner agencies to ensure seamless event execution.
- Design and deliver engaging event experiences that meet our corporate design and budget requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate event performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in event management, preferably in a professional services firm or event agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and event planning tools, with knowledge of MS Dynamics a plus.
