We are in search of a skilled Corporate Client Onboarding Manager to join our innovative team at SIDES (SimplyDelivery GmbH). This pivotal role involves steering the onboarding journey for our corporate clientele, ensuring the effective deployment of our POS and E-Commerce software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust project management background, a solid grasp of IT concepts, and familiarity with online hardware and network systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Leadership: Overseeing and directing the onboarding process for corporate clients, guaranteeing that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Client Relations: Serving as the primary liaison for corporate clients throughout the onboarding phase, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments, including Product, Development, Sales, IT, and Support, to facilitate the smooth execution of all onboarding activities.
- Technical Coordination: Supervising the technical integration of our POS and E-Commerce solutions with clients' existing systems, ensuring compatibility and peak performance.
- Training and Guidance: Designing and delivering training sessions for clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize our software offerings.
- Documentation Management: Creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including plans, timelines, and progress reports.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identifying potential challenges and risks during the onboarding process and formulating strategies for prompt resolution.
- Process Enhancement: Continuously assessing and refining onboarding procedures to boost efficiency and improve the customer experience.
- Feedback Integration: Collaborating with the Product team to gather and communicate client feedback and feature requests to enhance our software solutions.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within the software or IT sector.
- Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, online hardware, and networks. Experience with POS and E-Commerce systems is highly advantageous.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating and managing cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
