Job Title: Project Manager - Premium ClientsWe are seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth through managing our premium clients. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a young and highly skilled group of professionals who will grow with you.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute rollout projects for our premium clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and implementation.
- Develop and manage implementation strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Consult with clients to provide an understanding of our products and services, working closely with our Sales team to deliver tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for premium clients, guiding them through the onboarding process and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Optimize processes related to order management for premium clients, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
- Analyze internal and external processes to identify pain points and develop suitable solutions.
- Plan and manage strategic projects to support our national market expansion, working closely with your team to drive results.
- Translate customer needs into new product development opportunities, collaborating with our product team to deliver innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Initial work experience in B2B, consulting, or a similar field.
- Excellent skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal German and English skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, professionally and efficiently.
- A self-starter mentality, with a proactive approach to work and problems.
