Overview

Axway is a leading enterprise integration company that enables digital transformation for businesses worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction.
  • Foster strategic relationships with senior customer contacts and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and product management to drive customer advocacy and escalations.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports.
  • Facilitate frictionless renewals and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) from existing customers and maximize upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare and maintain success plans for assigned accounts and develop policies and procedures to optimize the customer experience.
  • Engage with Axway product management to provide feedback and maintain awareness of product roadmaps.
Qualifications
  • At least seven years of direct customer relationship and success management experience.
  • At least five years of pertinent technology experience in a software or cloud environment.
  • Proven experience with MS Office, PBI, or equivalent operational tools.
  • University degree, PMP Certification, and ITIL Foundations qualifications preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical and business projects.
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts.
