Responsibilities- Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction.
- Foster strategic relationships with senior customer contacts and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with development, support, and product management to drive customer advocacy and escalations.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular reports.
- Facilitate frictionless renewals and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) from existing customers and maximize upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain success plans for assigned accounts and develop policies and procedures to optimize the customer experience.
- Engage with Axway product management to provide feedback and maintain awareness of product roadmaps.
- At least seven years of direct customer relationship and success management experience.
- At least five years of pertinent technology experience in a software or cloud environment.
- Proven experience with MS Office, PBI, or equivalent operational tools.
- University degree, PMP Certification, and ITIL Foundations qualifications preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex technical and business projects.
- Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts.
