Lithium Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Lithium Sales Manager to join our team at tozero. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and executing strategies to sell recycled lithium across diverse industries in Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development: Identify and analyze target markets for recycled lithium sales, focusing on outside of the battery industry and other sectors, such as ceramics, lubricants, and glass manufacturing.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for promoting our recycled lithium products, ensuring alignment with market demands and pricing trends.
- Fundamental Setup: Work closely with cross-functional teams to establish the necessary infrastructure for sales operations, including pricing models, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and industry partners, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our recycled lithium products.
- Pricing Analysis: Monitor and analyze pricing movements in the lithium market to set competitive pricing structures for our products.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the senior leadership team on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in lithium sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A background in chemistry, materials science, or related fields is a plus, but not mandatory.
