About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Branch Manager in their daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Branch Manager, including tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the Branch Manager and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contracts, agreements, and other important documents.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to other team members as needed, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and mail management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
