Job Description

As a Senior M&E Project Manager at KPMG Construction Advisory, you will be responsible for leading complex projects and ensuring their successful delivery. Your primary focus will be on managing the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, and ensuring that all project objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project objectives are met.
  • Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the services provided.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects to ensure that they are delivered successfully.
  • Quality Management: Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards and that any quality issues are identified and addressed promptly.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
