Überblick

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager Construction, der unsere Asset- und Facility Management Teams sowie externe Partner bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Bauvorhaben unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Die Leitung von diversen CAPEX-Maßnahmen, Mieterausbauten und Umbauten im Bestand
  • Die Koordination und Überwachung der externen und internen Planungs-Teams, Projekttermine, Planprüfung, Rechnungskontrolle sowie Baukontrolle
  • Die Sicherstellung der reibungslosen, termin-, qualitäts- und kosten-gerechten Abwicklung der zu betreuenden Bauprojekte
  • Die Übernahme der Projektübergabe
Voraussetzungen
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur oder Bauwesen oder eine technische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter und Kenntnisse im deutschen Bauwesen
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Engagement und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Umfangreiche Baukenntnisse, Kenntnisse von Baukosten und die Fähigkeit, pragmatisch zu handeln
  • Reisebereitschaft
  • Kenntnisse von Microsoft Office
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (Minimum C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
