Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Developer to join our team at Kronos Solar. As a key member of our project development team, you will be responsible for the acquisition and development of large-scale solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and evaluate land for solar projects, identifying suitable land potentials and generating additional solar project opportunities
  • Lead the project management of large-scale solar projects from land acquisition to project approval, working closely with our acquisition team
  • Build and maintain relationships with approving authorities, municipalities, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
  • Manage and coordinate junior employees, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with our construction planning team to develop project plans, hire and manage planning offices and service providers
  • Prepare and coordinate project documents, including approval documents and grid connection coordination
  • Work closely with our EPC and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in project acquisition, planning, development, or landscaping projects in the outdoor area
  • Strong communication and team player skills, with a structured and flexible approach to problem-solving
  • Background in business, renewable energy, architecture, landscape planning/architecture/ecology, agricultural sciences, or a similar field
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong enthusiasm for renewable energy and fluency in German
