People & Culture Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced People & Culture Operations Manager to join our team at Perspectives Climate Group GmbH. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the administration of all People & Culture Operations processes from entry to exit of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Creation, development, and review of HR documents (bilingual in German and English)
- Preparation of monthly payroll accounting (also international)
- Management of visa processes
- Updating and developing employment contracts
- Providing advice and support to employees and managers on labor and contract law
- Management of employee data in Factorial and creation of employment contracts, references, contract amendments, notices of termination, and relevant statistics
- Ownership of HR projects or special cases, such as visa processes and special cases in the area of salary and social security
- Passion for human resources and a degree in business administration, human resources, or commercial training
- 5+ years of experience in a labor law HR function, including drawing up employment contracts and contract amendments
- Ideal experience with international payroll accounting
- Positive mindset, openness to change, efficient handling of complex tasks, and comfort in a lively and agile environment
- In-depth knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws, with a commitment to staying updated
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, proactive approach to challenges, and forward-thinking
- Proficient user of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Full working proficiency in English and German, with high proficiency in French
