Responsibilities:
- Ensure attractive product presentation, provide competent advice, and offer excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain outstanding product presence, freshness, and cleanliness to meet high standards.
- Demonstrate expertise in handling bakery products and preparing hot meals to meet customer demands.
- Implement innovative ideas to excite customers about products and drive sales growth.
- Stock products, label prices correctly, and monitor product quality upon delivery to ensure efficiency.
Requirements:
- Background in the bakery sector or retail experience with food knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Passion for retail and interacting with people to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer-oriented, good communication skills, teamwork, and sense of responsibility to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to learn, flexibility to work varying shifts to meet business needs.
