About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at nahkauf. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate cash handling and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cash handling areas
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and inventory management, including processing transactions and counting cash
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements
  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling and inventory management
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
