About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Team Member. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to our clients and guests
  • Communicate effectively with our clients and guests to understand their needs and preferences
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work collaboratively with our kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
