**The Role**
The Corporate / M&E Project Specialist is an indirect Sales position within HSF EAME/SWA and functions as support and creative executive for B2B Marketing and Sales Project. The role involves active Sales support to the End User / M&E teams and therefore contributes to the achievement of overall agreed revenue goals.
This role will support the building of long term, value based customer relationships that enable achievement of a number of key performance indicators and objectives. As guided by the Head of End User / M&E, this role will design and execute relevant key account campaigns and customer events as well as help with customer trainings. This role will work closely with the RVP of Global Sales to regularly provide pulse checks on segment success metrics, collecting data and updates from all segment team members and relevant Sales and Reporting systems. (Lanyon, Cognos, Envision, 360 )
**Key Roles and Priorities**
- Supports End User / M&E Teams on behalf of the Region
- Supports the segment team for HSF EAME/SWA
- Understands and provides reports on measurable success metrics and key performance indicators
- Assist the team in account management when required
- Assist the team for group leads as well as RFP process
- Maintain regular contact with the Hyatt Sales Force (HSF) offices and ensure they are copied on all relevant information
- Assist on the finance system regarding Events bill back, office Expenses(Markview)
- Keep our Sales Systems up to date under the supervision of the Head of Segment.
**Providing Technical Support and Consultation**
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems (Envision/Lanyon/Cognos/360) and processes
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of function-specific procedures
- Applies knowledge/judgment to achieve business goals
- Foresees, identifies and resolves problems
- Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to job
- Performs other reasonable duties as required for this position (Support the Sales team with production report as well as the QBR template )
**Additional Key Contributions**
- Builds and maintain close relationships with HSF counterparts globally
- Demonstrates the value of HSF to the Company
- Willing to learn and to be trained to improve the professional performance and the reputation of Hyatt
- Report for duty punctually, reflecting a professional image. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, projecting a positive and motivated attitude
- Respond to changes in the industry dictated by the market and the company
- Maintain a good working relationship with all employees, as part of Hyatt International's objective of ensuring that all employees provide a courteous and professional service at-all-times to colleagues and guests
- Be able to adapt to different culture, and show a great sens of flexibility.
**Required Skills**:
- At lest 1 year of hospitality experience
- Fluency in German and English (any additional language is a plus)
- Vocational School diploma or equivalent
- Very good user skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT)
- Experience in data analysis
- Strong relationship building skills
- Willingness to learn and to be trained to improve the professional performance and the reputation of Hyatt
