Position Overview

We are seeking a SAP Master Data Manager (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Supply Chain and Operations by overseeing the creation, monitoring, and analysis of master data, ensuring compliance with MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity of master data and uphold data quality across key systems.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and address data quality challenges.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish and execute data strategies, policies, and controls.
  • Document and develop processes in partnership with other functional data owners to maintain data integrity.
  • Manage issues related to data initiatives and revisions to meet both internal and external requirements.
  • Maintain the integrity of functional master data across financial systems.
  • Work closely with business and IT teams to align master data rules and operational practices.
  • Oversee the proper maintenance of Master Data in SAP to comply with MRPII standards.
  • Ensure that Master Data Management processes are implemented and adhered to achieve target accuracy levels.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Production/Master Data, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial context.
  • Expertise in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, FMCGs, food, or automotive industries.
  • Strong understanding of ERP (SAP) systems and the interconnections between various types of Master Data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze large datasets and utilize functions such as vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Documented experience in project implementations is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in business software solutions.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while maintaining composure in uncertain situations.
