Your Role

As a SAP Master Data Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Supply Chain and Operations teams by managing, monitoring, and analyzing master data in accordance with MRPII (Manufacturing Resource Planning) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity of master data and uphold data quality across key systems.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement and address data quality challenges.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish and execute data strategies, policies, and controls.
  • Document and develop processes with functional data owners to maintain data integrity.
  • Manage data initiative issues and revisions to align with internal and customer needs.
  • Maintain master data integrity across financial systems.
  • Work with business and IT teams to synchronize master data rules and operations.
  • Oversee the proper maintenance of Master Data in SAP to comply with MRPII standards.
  • Ensure that Master Data Management processes are effectively implemented to achieve target accuracy levels.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Production/Master Data, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial context.
  • Expertise in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, FMCGs, food, or automotive industries.
  • Strong understanding of ERP (SAP) systems and the interconnections between various types of Master Data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, capable of analyzing large datasets and utilizing functions such as vlookup and pivot tables.
  • Documented experience in project implementations is advantageous.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills and proficiency in business software.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain composure in uncertain situations.
