Lead Advisor Data Insights SAP S/4HANA (f/m/d)

Our innovative global Data & Insights team within the International Information Services division is on the lookout for a highly proficient Lead Advisor in the realm of Data & Insights. As a specialist in S/4HANA analytics, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other SAP data & insights solutions, you will be instrumental in advancing the SAP analytics framework within our transformation initiative for the forthcoming SAP S/4HANA deployment.
The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in S/4HANA transformations with an emphasis on analytics, alongside exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to engage with business stakeholders and project teams effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
You will guarantee the effectiveness of data & insights throughout the SAP S/4HANA transformation, enhancing the reporting and planning strategy for both current and future applications. You will architect, develop, and deploy SAP data insights solutions and visualizations utilizing tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or BW/4HANA. You will implement best practices in SAP data modeling, data flow, ETL processes, and data strategies for both new and existing datasets. You will partner with business stakeholders and project teams to comprehend processes and requirements, recommending data & insights solutions that align with their objectives. You will scrutinize data trends, generate key insights, and convert data into actionable recommendations for operational stakeholders. Providing expertise during the S/4HANA transformation and mentoring team members will be integral to your role.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or a related discipline with a focus on business information technology. Robust knowledge of ETL processes, data flow, data aggregation, and data modeling – preferably within SAP. Familiarity with additional data analytics, visualization, and ETL tools is a plus. At least 5 years of experience as an SAP Data and Insights Consultant or in a comparable position. Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or similar industries is advantageous. Experience as part of a team during an SAP S/4HANA transformation is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at transforming complex business challenges into actionable solutions. Team-oriented, with a proven history of successful collaboration in global, cross-functional settings. Entrepreneurial mindset, complemented by excellent project management and organizational skills.
