Your Role
If you have a passion for project coordination and enjoy organizing events, webcasts, and marketing initiatives, you may be an ideal fit for our Field Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, taking charge of smaller projects.
- Support the setup and management of webcasts.
- Promote our sponsored events and organized webcasts through various communication channels.
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing campaigns within the MEE region.
- Prepare and manage social media initiatives.
- Communicate with clients and partners, coordinating appointments effectively.
- Organize and assist in the creation of promotional materials.
- Conduct regular meetings with sales teams and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to monitor activities.
- Identify lead generation opportunities and collaborate with marketing agencies for ABM campaigns.
- Coordinate comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
As an intern, you will work 40 hours per week, while a working student role entails 20 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on project management.
- Open-minded and capable of collaborating with an international team.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Experience in customer, partner, or supplier interactions.
- Previous exposure to the B2B sector is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Open to candidates located within Germany.
Meet Your Team
You will be part of an international Field Marketing Team reporting to the VP of Global Field Marketing at SAP Signavio, responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution in our regions.
