Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern at Quantis, you will engage with our Global Marketing Team to conduct research and develop materials on essential environmental and business topics relevant to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media accounts and enhance engagement through strategic interactions.
  • Assist in communications for leadership, ensuring clear messaging from the managing director.
  • Support various marketing initiatives, including:
    • Event logistics and organization.
    • Conducting market research and analysis to monitor positioning and word-of-mouth.
    • Creating and scheduling social media content.
    • Updating website content, ensuring localization and relevance.
    • Executing local email marketing campaigns.
    • Handling press inquiries in German.
  • Provide support for CRM and marketing automation tools as needed.
  • Facilitate internal communications within the branch.
  • Coordinate with the team on global marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Manage and maintain team member profiles and bios.
  • Oversee translation efforts for global content into German.

Candidate Profile:

  • Fluent in English and a native German speaker.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Currently enrolled in a university program, with plans for continued education.
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Natural Sciences with an interest in science communication.
  • Demonstrates teamwork, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Passionate about sustainability and eager to learn.
