Position: Procurement Specialist - Code 24EK2
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to take on the following responsibilities:
- Manage order processing, track delivery schedules, oversee incoming goods, and validate invoices.
- Address and resolve complaints effectively.
- Monitor and enhance inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.
- Assist in the analysis of procurement markets and pricing trends.
- Solicit and assess supplier offers.
- Organize and lead supplier meetings and negotiations.
- Maintain accurate product and master data records.
- Produce analyses, evaluations, and regular statistical reports.
- Handle supplier communications and general office administration.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess completed commercial training, relevant purchasing experience, proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A proactive work style, assertiveness, and dedication are essential.
