Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical SEO Specialist to join our Editorial team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving forward SEO initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our website architecture aligns with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and manage technical SEO strategies to improve site performance and rankings.
  • Conduct regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site health and search performance.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, internal linking, and structured data.
  • Analyze server logs to identify and resolve issues and ensure efficient crawl budget management.
  • Implement best practices for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript optimization, and leverage CDNs and caching strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of managing/leading teams dedicated to turbocharging page speed, Page Experience, CWV, and Mobile Usability scores.
  • Master of Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA), and Semrush.
  • WordPress development skills are a must, and bonus points if you've danced in the SCRUM or Product role before.
