We're a fully remote team of over 60 countries, and we're looking for a talented Content Strategist Team Lead to join our Editorial team.

Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Technical SEO Specialist to lead our SEO initiatives and drive forward our technical SEO strategy. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve site performance and rankings.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and managing technical SEO strategies to improve site health and search performance.
  • Conducting regular technical audits to identify and resolve issues affecting site health and search performance.
  • Optimizing metadata, internal linking, and server logs to improve site speed and performance.
  • Implementing and managing structured data and schema markup.
  • Analyzing results and adjusting the technical strategy accordingly.

You'll work closely with our development, QA, and engineering teams to ensure our website architecture aligns with best practices and enhances search engine crawling and indexing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in managing/leading teams dedicated to turbocharging page speed, Page Experience, CWV, and Mobile Usability scores.
  • Master of Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA), and Semrush.
  • WordPress development skills are a must, and bonus points if you've danced in the SCRUM or Product role before.
  • Prior experience in optimizing page speed and usability will set you apart from the crowd.
