About the Role

Control Risks is seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Technical Project Manager to support our eDiscovery program within clients. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of RelativityOne and experience in technical program management of hosted Relativity platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workflows in RelativityOne to drive eDiscovery projects forward.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and service in RelativityOne, including analytics, integration points, and custom workflows.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure proper resource allocation for processing, data loading, and hosting.
  • Gather client and project requirements and ensure proper documentation and management.
  • Act as a client advocate to ensure new requirements are prioritized and communicated to the development team.
  • Deliver high-quality work products and meet established timeframes.
  • Train junior team members in RelativityOne and allocate work to ensure its completion and quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management of hosted Relativity platforms.
  • Expert knowledge and experience with RelativityOne, including setup and consultation on RelativityOne functionality.
  • Certification as a Relativity Certified Administrator.
  • Expert-level Relativity experience.
  • Licenses or certifications related to eDiscovery, Azure, and Relativity.
  • Experience working with Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Strong technical and communication skills, with a proven track record of building relationships with internal and external clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • German proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
