About the Role

Control Risks is seeking a highly skilled eDiscovery Technical Project Manager to support our eDiscovery program within clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving eDiscovery projects forward, leveraging your expertise in RelativityOne to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workflows in RelativityOne to meet client requirements.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and service in RelativityOne, including analytics, integration points, and custom workflows.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure proper resource allocation for processing, data loading, and hosting.
  • Gather client and project requirements, ensuring proper documentation and management.
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring the development team is aware of prioritized needs.
  • Deliver high-quality work products within established timeframes.
  • Report directly from Relativity and prepare custom reports on demand.
  • Train junior team members in RelativityOne and allocate work to ensure completion and quality.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management of hosted Relativity platforms.
  • Expert knowledge and experience with RelativityOne, including setup and consultation on functionality.
  • Certification as a Relativity Certified Administrator.
  • Expert-level Relativity experience.
  • Licenses or certifications related to eDiscovery, Azure, and Relativity.
  • Experience working with Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Successful track record of developing products within deadlines.
  • Strong technical and communication skills, with a demonstrated track record of building relationships with internal and external clients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • German proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
