Category Director, Men Apparel, BU Originals, Product Visionary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Category Director to lead our Men's Apparel category in BU Originals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and implementation of our category vision.
Key Responsibilities- Category Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals to deliver exceptional results and achieve category goals.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with market trends, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to inform category decisions.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products that meet consumer needs and drive business results.
- Category Performance: Analyze and report category performance metrics to ensure achievement of business objectives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including design, development, and marketing teams, as well as external partners and retailers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Textile, or Fashion.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of product marketing experience in the apparel industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing direct reports.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English.
