The Product Manager, Apparel Kids, BU Originals will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies for the Apparel Kids business unit. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, fashion operations, and materials, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Category Direction: Work with the category direction team to develop and execute category plans that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Range Management: Manage the development and execution of product ranges that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, fashion operations, and materials, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business unit leaders, cross-functional teams, and external partners, to ensure alignment and execution of product strategies.
- Analysis: Analyze business data and customer insights to inform product strategies and drive business growth.
- Travel: Travel up to 30% of the time to support business needs and collaborate with external partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of product marketing experience with a background in apparel, footwear, or accessories.
- Education: College degree in marketing, business, textile, or fashion.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- PC Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
