Wir suchen eine engagierte und motivierte Person, die sich für die Arbeit im IT-Support begeistert. Als Fachkraft für IT-Support wirst du Teil unseres erfahrenen Support-Teams in Hamburg und bist für die Betreuung unserer Kunden bei technischen Anfragen rund um unsere Softwarelösungen verantwortlich.


Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung unserer Kunden bei technischen Anfragen, inklusive der Bereitstellung von Workarounds oder Lösungen
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von Incidents hinsichtlich fristgerechter SLA-Erfüllung auf Basis von ITIL-Prozessen
  • Durchführung von Fehler-Ursachen-Analysen auf internen Testsystemen, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilung Quality Assurance
  • Ticketmanagement zur Steuerung von Tickets in JIRA
  • Unterstützung der Abteilung Quality Assurance bei Tests neuer Software
  • Aktualisierung & Pflege der Systeme


Was du mitbringen solltest:

  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support und erste Kenntnisse in der Log- und Fehleranalyse von Vorteil
  • Praktische Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Linux- und Windows-Betriebssystemen
  • Nice to have: Erste Erfahrungen mit Datenbanken (PostgreSQL, Oracle) und Netzwerkprotokollen (z.B. TCP/IP, http(S), RDP)
  • Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten nach einem festgelegten, rotierenden System mit attraktiven Schichtzulagen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau), gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, ein serviceorientiertes Auftreten sowie Analysevermögen
