About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Consultant/Requirements Manager to join our team at Siemens Financial Services GmbH. As a key member of our Accounting and Controlling department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our financial principles are reflected in our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent SFS Accounting and Controlling requirements management in SFS projects and the operational phase.
  • Transform Accounting requirements into technically detailed, system-based concepts for technical implementation.
  • Discuss and align concepts and processes with all partners SFS wide, SFS business and IT colleagues.
  • Participate and drive continuous improvement on Accounting & Controlling project standards.
Requirements
  • University degree or equivalent experience with a focus on finance, accounting, IT, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in finance, financial process consulting, or project management.
  • Strong communication skills with various collaborators involved in projects.
  • Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills, able to identify risks and propose remediation.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality results in projects.
  • Good knowledge of contract management systems used in finance services is preferred.
  • Proficiency in German and English and willingness to travel occasionally.
