Drive Tax Efficiency at KWS Berlin GmbH
We are seeking a skilled Tax Efficiency Specialist to join our Berlin Shared Service Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving tax efficiency, adhering to international guidelines, and ensuring compliance with expertise and precision.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tax standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives to maintain proper reporting tools.
- Provide technical feasibility, implementation, and testing support for continuous improvement potential identified by operational teams.
- Manage projects and deliver tax-related tasks timely.
- Implement new processes that require significant technical and process knowledge, enabling cross-functional alignment and collaboration on IT solutions and processes.
- Proactively address improvements of tax processes.
- Work with external providers to ensure quality and efficiency of services provided.
- Support tax-related reporting projects.
Your Profile:
- Degree in tax, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Understanding of tax laws, regulations, mechanisms, and accounting principles.
- Proven previous experience in a similar role and project management.
- Analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Process and IT-oriented with proficiency in SAP.
- Solution- and service-oriented mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
- Fluency in English, other language skills considered an advantage.
