About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Efficiency Specialist to join our team at KWS Berlin GmbH. As a key member of our Shared Service Center, you will play a crucial role in driving tax efficiency, adhering to international guidelines, and ensuring compliance with expertise and precision.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive standardization, automation, and digitalization initiatives to maintain proper reporting tools.
  • Provide technical feasibility, implementation, and testing support for continuous improvement potential identified by operational teams.
  • Manage projects and deliver tax-related tasks timely.
  • Manage new process implementation requiring significant technical and process knowledge, enabling cross-functional alignment and collaboration on IT solutions and processes.
  • Proactively address improvements of tax processes.
  • Work with external providers to ensure quality and efficiency of services provided.
  • Support tax-related reporting projects.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in tax, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Understanding of tax laws, regulations, mechanisms, and accounting principles.
  • Proven previous experience in a similar role, including project management.
  • Analytical thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Process and IT-oriented with proficiency in SAP.
  • Solution- and service-oriented mindset to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Fluency in English, with other language skills considered an advantage.
