About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Consultant to join our team at Siemens Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving Procurement Transformation and Optimization Initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and support the Procurement Leadership Team, Business Partners, and Business Areas on organizational development, people development, and competence management related challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop customized procurement solutions with internal and external partners using appropriate methods, tools, and frameworks.
  • Propose and promote further projects/initiatives to enhance the Procurement Organization's maturity.
  • Design the future setup of the Siemens Energy Procurement Function and develop strategies to continuously improve function performance.
  • Drive programs, projects, and selected critical initiatives by supporting or driving respective project roles.
  • Evaluate the strategic impact and progress of programs, projects, and initiatives with top management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or equivalent in organizational development, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Professional experience in the corporate environment, preferably in consultancy services leading workforce transformation projects in large organizations.
  • Experience in corporate environments, agile processes, concept development, and business requirement analysis, preferably in Procurement or Supply Chain Management.
  • International project experience and openness to other cultures.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages (e.g., German) preferred.
