Transdev Group is on the lookout for a * Junior HR Project Manager focused on Recruiting & Retention to be located in Berlin, Germany. In Germany, Transdev has been a key player since 1998, recognized as the leading private rail passenger operator, enhancing regional services to better meet passenger needs. Key Responsibilities The primary focus of Recruiting & Retention is to devise and implement targeted strategies to address the driver shortage. This role will assist in the formulation and execution of recruitment and retention strategies across various HR projects, including: Conducting research on recruitment and retention strategies to identify market trends and best practices from industry leaders. Maintaining close communication with HR managers in different regions to comprehend their needs and challenges. Assisting in the creation of tailored solutions for Transdev Germany, including materials, recruitment campaigns, and training initiatives. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive solutions. Required Qualifications A university degree or relevant experience in the HR domain, preferably with a focus on strategic work. A strong desire to learn and explore new opportunities. Previous experience in recruitment is advantageous. Skills and Competencies Ability to devise and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies tailored to specific needs. Proficiency in conducting market analysis to grasp industry trends and best practices in recruitment and retention. Strong interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain relationships with HR managers across various regions. Solution-Oriented Mindset: Capability to develop customized solutions for Transdev Germany, including materials, campaigns, and training programs to bolster recruitment and retention efforts. Project Management: Expertise in coordinating and managing HR projects, ensuring timely and successful execution of recruitment and retention initiatives. Competence in analyzing HR data to discern recruitment and retention trends, assess the effectiveness of strategies, and make informed decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate HR strategies, initiatives, and outcomes to stakeholders at all organizational levels. Language Proficiency Full proficiency in English is required (English B2). Knowledge of German is a plus. Additional Information Reports to: Head of HR Competence Center.
