About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Embedded Systems projects from kick-off to lessons learned. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying innovations, optimizing our development process, and monitoring technical implementation within defined quality and deadline specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage Embedded Systems projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Innovation and Trend Identification: Identify and recognize technical trends, and develop ideas for Hitex products.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize our development process and promote standardization within the company.
  • Technical Monitoring: Monitor technical implementation within defined quality and deadline specifications.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales department in project acquisition, including clarification of technical details and cost estimation.
  • Reporting: Report directly to the Head of Engineering.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in managing Embedded Systems/Embedded Software projects.
  • Functional Safety Knowledge: Profound knowledge of a functional safety standard (e.g. ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or similar).
  • Quality Management: Experience in the application and maintenance of a quality management system.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken.
