As a Logistics Operations Manager (w/m/d), you will play a crucial role in our distribution strategy.

Your Profile
  • Completed degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (B.S. or equivalent)
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in sales and/or business development of technical B2B products, preferably with a background in distribution
  • Strong commercial, sales, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
  • Passion for sales and a strong customer orientation
  • Highly developed interpersonal, relationship-building, influencing, and networking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in effectively managing sales pipelines within a CRM system
  • Proficient in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Office 365
  • Fluent in both German and English
Your Exciting Responsibilities
  • Accountability for revenue generation through distributors both domestically and internationally
  • Establishing, restructuring, and maintaining an effective distribution network
  • Motivating, developing, and enhancing the capabilities of the sales network through the creation and implementation of appropriate incentives, tools, product campaigns, and training for distributors
  • Coordinating and ensuring the execution of sales initiatives within the marketing and sales team
  • Contributing to the development of the revenue budget
