As a Logistics Area Manager, you will work in various shifts at one of our operational sites, focusing on maintaining safety standards and process efficiency. Your priorities will include routine team management, daily business activities, and addressing escalations as needed. You will also collaborate with colleagues from other teams and external partners to ensure we meet customer requirements and company expectations.
Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree or near completion of a Bachelor's program
- Language Skills: Advanced English and German language skills in writing and speaking
- Experience: Relevant experience in data analysis and process optimization
- Communication Skills: Experience communicating with various stakeholders, including colleagues and leadership
- Logistics Experience: Experience working in a logistics environment
- MS Office Skills: Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional setting
