About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Evmos. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in building our team by identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent in the web3 space.

You will collaborate closely with our hiring managers and People Operations team to understand our hiring needs and implement effective and innovative strategies to find top talent. This is a very creative and flexible role, with plenty of space for your ideas and input.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research & Sourcing: Conduct proactive talent searches using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other relevant channels to identify potential candidates.
  • Talent Pool Management: Regularly update and maintain our talent pool, ensuring it reflects the most current and relevant talent available.
  • Career Website Pages: Maintain and update the Careers section of our website, including job postings, process templates, and ensuring consistency in format and content.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with teams to ensure that our employer branding is consistent across all touch-points.
  • Event Organisation & Ownership: Plan and execute innovative talent acquisition events, such as job fairs, networking sessions, and industry meetups, ensuring they are well-organized and impactful.
  • Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, making sure that communication is clear, consistent, and respectful.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leads & managers to understand specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in the web3 industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche websites, e.g. for engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR databases, e.g. Personio, Bamboo, Greenhouse.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with event planning and coordination.
  • Understanding of blockchain and crypto.
  • Experience with Notion for project/task management, and presenting research & recommendations.
  • Fluent German language skills (verbal and written).
