Regional Talent Acquisition Lead

Position Overview:
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing flexibility in location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a knowledgeable advisor in executing comprehensive recruitment processes, which include defining job specifications, sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates, while ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
- Oversee talent acquisition initiatives and team operations across Europe, developing innovative sourcing strategies and programs to identify both internal and external talent pools for key roles.
- Lead initiatives that promote best practices in talent acquisition, enhancing both internal and external recruitment operations and candidate experiences.
- Establish and maintain recruitment policies, guidelines, and tools tailored for the European market.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and the Global HR team to assess hiring requirements, conduct workforce analysis, and formulate recruitment strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice through effective employer branding strategies across Europe.
- Utilize data analytics and insights, along with participation in external networking events, to gain a deeper understanding of the talent market and identify areas for internal improvement in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition sector, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and social media strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong capacity to adapt priorities as needed.
- Proven success in delivering results within a complex, matrixed global organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Experience in leading and developing a talent acquisition team is preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
