Als Strategic Innovation Lead (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für User- und Hotelverwaltung sowie Überprüfung aller administrativen Bereiche und Schnittstellen.
  • Erstellung von Konzepten für unser FPA Tool Chronos, sowohl im Frontend als auch Backend in Zusammenarbeit mit Software Developern.
  • Interne Trainings auf allen Unternehmensebenen sowie Level 3 Support.
  • Integration neuer Gesellschaften.
  • Datenengineering, -management und -analyse: Verantwortlich für das Sammeln, Speichern und Analysieren von Daten aus verschiedenen Quellen, einschließlich Datenbanken, CRM-Systemen und PMS (Property Management Systems).
  • Markt- und Trendforschung: Identifizierung und Analyse von Markttrends und Entwicklung neuer Strategien auf Basis dieser Erkenntnisse.
  • Tracking-Management: Implementierung und Überwachung von Tracking-Systemen zur Erfassung von Benutzeraktivitäten und Geschäftsmetriken.
  • Neue operative Konzepte: Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer operativer Prozesse, wie z. B. für Check-In/Out.
  • Datenanalyse und Visualisierung: Identifikation von Datenmustern, Vermeidung von Daten-Silos und Bereitstellung klarer, visueller Daten zur Unterstützung von Geschäftsentscheidungen.
  • Erstellung ganzheitlicher Dashboards: Integration verschiedener Datenquellen, um eine umfassende Sicht auf eCommerce-Kampagnen und PMS-Daten zu ermöglichen.
  • Aktive Verbesserung der Geschäftseffizienz: Analyse von Unternehmensdaten, um effektivere Vertriebsstrategien, Website-Optimierungen und Umsatzoptimierung zu identifizieren.
  • Forschung digitaler Trends: Aktive Erforschung und Kommunikation von digitalen Trends, um kommerzielle und operative Abteilungen zu stärken.

Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst:

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und bringst idealerweise ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung mit, oder du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im relevanten Umfeld, vorzugsweise im Bereich Hotellerie/Tourismus.
  • Spaß an der Teamarbeit mit sehr guter Eigenorganisation.
  • Erfahrungen in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Hotellerie-Umfeld sind wünschenswert.
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, denkst unternehmerisch und verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten.
  • Du besitzt sichere Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere hervorragende Excel-Kenntnisse.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Strategic Innovation Lead (m/w/d).
