About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Germany. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to the head of controlling and finance director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution of the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and budget presentations.
- Deep dive analysis of sales variance and understanding of sales contracts.
- Execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Building and maintaining reports of key operating and financial performance indicators.
- Providing recommendations and guidance on actions necessary to achieve financial targets and accelerate growth.
- Analysis and presentation of monthly results to management.
Requirements:
- BSc. or BA in Financial Studies or Business Administration with focus on Finance/Auditing.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in finance accounting positions, with proven solid financial analysis background, accounting, and budgeting/forecasting/reporting experience.
- Excel expert with ability to build several reports from ERP extractions.
- English and German skills are required.
