Position OverviewThe Senior Guest Services Agent plays a vital role within Latham's Workplace Experience ("WE") team. This position is essential for the realization and management of daily virtual and in-office operations at the Firm. Utilizing a customer interaction system, the Senior Guest Services Agent will provide outstanding customer service and support to clients, attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
This role may offer a flexible working schedule, allowing for a hybrid and in-office presence. The typical working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday to Friday, and 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays, with occasional requirements for flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities- Designing and curating workplace experiences that ensure both internal and external clients feel valued and part of the community.
- Delivering high-touch customer service to all visitors and guests.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment where all Agents share responsibility for departmental tasks.
- Facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to direct inquiries to the appropriate resources.
- Acting as a liaison for the WE staff in local offices to manage various requests and provide information for a seamless customer experience.
- Offering reservation and visitor management support across all offices, alongside a proactive outreach program to enhance customer satisfaction.
We seek candidates who:
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Possess the ability to assess situations and take initiative without needing direction.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Relevant experience in workplace settings, reception, technology, hospitality, or inbound customer service.
- Administrative experience and familiarity with professional services organizations.
- A working knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
