Your Role:
As a Project Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our project development partners for renewable energy initiatives in Spain. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing timelines, milestones, and budgets for PV project development, ensuring alignment with the project development cycle.
  • Supervising all phases of large-scale PV projects from inception to readiness for construction, with a specific focus on the Spanish market.
  • Identifying new development prospects and engaging in commercial negotiations with potential partners.
  • Coordinating development efforts across various internal departments.
Your Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
  • A degree in Engineering with a robust technical foundation.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience and a network within the Spanish renewable sector, particularly in project development.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the project development process in Spain, demonstrated by a successful track record.
  • Strong intercultural communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • A proactive approach and self-starter mentality in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to travel regularly.
  • Team-oriented skills and a positive demeanor.
