Your Role:

As a Project Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our Project Development Partners for renewable energy plants, specifically in Spain. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeing the management of PV-Project Development Partners, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and budgets while possessing a thorough understanding of the project development cycle.
  • Supervising all phases of large-scale PV project developments from inception to the ready-to-build stage, with a focus on opportunities in Spain.
  • Identifying and evaluating new development opportunities, while facilitating commercial negotiations with potential partners.
  • Coordinating internal development progress across various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Engineering with a solid technical foundation.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Renewables sector, particularly in project development, along with a network in Spain.
  • In-depth knowledge of the project development process in Spain, demonstrated by a successful track record.
  • Strong intercultural communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
  • Team-oriented with a positive mindset.
