About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to join our team at Schweizer Personal Management GmbH & CO. as a key member of our HR Advisory team in Essen. As an HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR advice to our national and international clients in all matters related to recruitment and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Support national and international companies in transforming their recruitment processes and strategies
  • Lead HR recruitment projects, including process design, system selection, and implementation
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant education and/or experience in HR or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
