Your Role:
- Lead the digitization of governance framework processes to enhance transparency and operational efficiency, collaborating closely with internal experts and stakeholders.
- Implement rule-based workflows and replication processes while focusing on scalability, standardization, and continuous improvement, leveraging best practices and advanced data solutions.
- Ensure compliance of the corporate governance framework with all regulatory and legal standards, emphasizing proper documentation of critical decision-making processes.
- Drive strategic initiatives and support local implementations by developing training materials and communication strategies for stakeholders.
- Oversee the creation, updating, and implementation of regulations and procedures, ensuring alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements.
- Manage signature rules for German corporate units in collaboration with the global signature manager.
Your Qualifications:
- A university degree in business administration, law, organizational development, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in a corporate setting, particularly in quality, governance, compliance, or legal roles.
- Familiarity with certified management systems such as Data Privacy or IT Security is advantageous.
- Proven project and process management skills, with experience in implementing new processes and tools.
- Experience leading transformation projects using agile methodologies, focusing on efficiency and innovative problem-solving.
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence applications is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications for data analysis and presentation.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong analytical abilities to navigate multifaceted challenges and deliver high-quality results.
