Logistics Specialist

As a pioneer in GMP-compliant production supply and expert in storage, packaging, and distribution of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, we are looking for a skilled Lagerist (m/w/d) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks, receive goods, inspect and document deliveries based on accompanying documents, and store them in the high-bay warehouse using forklifts and necessary bookings in the warehouse management system.
  • Ensure accurate inventory control, including stock checks and disposal of waste materials, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments using mobile data capture devices and forklifts, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve seamless logistics operations, adhering to quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • A completed vocational training as a warehouse specialist and several years of experience in logistics and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with good physical stamina and proficiency in German language and literacy.
  • Experience with mobile data capture devices and forklifts is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license and experience with hazardous materials handling are desirable but not required.
