Facility Management Specialist for Airport City Real Estate

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Facility Management Specialist to oversee the management of Airport City real estate properties. This role can be filled on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum 30 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Facility Management: Develop and implement maintenance strategies and service plans, along with budget management.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure effective facility management throughout the development phases, maintaining operational integrity.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and propose measures for cost efficiency while prioritizing sustainability.
- Primary Contact: Serve as the main liaison for both internal and external facility management service providers.
- Guidance and Support: Provide expert advice to portfolio managers and development teams.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Real Estate Management and Facility Management Control.
- Strong analytical capabilities and strategic mindset, complemented by excellent teamwork skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP/R3 software.
- Fluency in both German and English, with the ability to access secure areas.
