Dies kann sowohl einzelne Wohnungen als auch ganze Objekte oder Portfolios umfassen. Institutionellen Kunden stellt die Domicil darüber hinaus ihre Kompetenz über alle Stufen der Wertschöpfungskette hinweg zur Verfügung – vom Ankauf über das Portfolio- und Asset-Management bis hin zum späteren Exit.

Gesamtverantwortung für das technische Asset - und Property Management
Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen aus dem kaufmännischen Asset und Property Management steuern und analysieren Sie die zukunftsorientierte Ausrichtung des Immobilienbestandes
Planung und Koordination von Mieterausbau-, CapEx-, Instandhaltungs- und -setzungsmaßnahmen
Unterstützung des Investment-Teams bei An- und Verkaufsprozessen
In einem dynamischen Umfeld entwickeln Sie mit Ihrem Qualitätsbewusstsein bestehende Prozesse und das interne Reporting weiter

Abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur, Architekt oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Erfahrung oder alternativer Aus- und Fortbildung
Sie besitzen Führungserfahrung und langjährige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Asset- und Immobilien-Management, sowie praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich ESG und Steuerung von komplexen Projekten
Berufserfahrung im technischen Property Management und technischen Asset Management
Fundierte Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
