Customer Excellence B2C Project Manager and Market Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager and Market Consultant to join our Customer Excellence Team at Leica Camera AG. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying business opportunities, monitoring key performance indicators, and driving the implementation of strategies across markets utilizing our Salesforce B2C CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and oversee project plans for Customer Excellence initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate joint initiatives to integrate sales and marketing activities.
  • Advocate for the adoption of data-driven practices within the organization.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance.
  • Drive the adoption of data-driven tools to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify CRM and data requirements to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with CRM and data teams to implement solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or minimum 5 years of similar working experience.
  • Proven experience in project management within CRM, marketing, or sales.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools like Confluence, Jira, and Teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Photography knowledge and familiarity with the premium luxury market is a plus.
