Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at CWS Hygiene. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales strategies to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the B2B sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Fluency in German, with additional languages a plus
