Position Overview
Herrmann Personaldienste GmbH is looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Specialist for Incoming Goods. In this role, you will oversee all material logistics processes and ensure the efficient handling of incoming goods in accordance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all material logistics processes effectively
- Ensure the smooth processing of incoming goods while adhering to applicable regulations
- Verify incoming deliveries for authorization and completeness
- Process, distribute, file, and monitor all documentation in the incoming goods area to maintain a seamless document flow
- Address complaints regarding improperly delivered or damaged materials within the established framework
- Conduct and analyze data collections and statistics as required, utilizing available system support
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in the commercial or industrial sector, such as a specialist in warehouse logistics or a merchant for forwarding and logistics services, along with relevant work experience
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP R/3
- Strong knowledge in the area of incoming goods
- Willingness to work during the day shift
- Good command of the German language, both spoken and written
